Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Coogie’s website, applications and services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. 1. The Service

   Coogie provides AI-powered post-launch services for web and mobile applications, including analysis of product data, suggested and implemented product changes, experiments, and marketing campaigns, as described on our website.

   We may improve, change or discontinue features of the Service from time to time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where we can.

2. 2. Your account

   You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

   You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service.

3. 3. Connected apps and permissions

   To use the Service you may connect third-party accounts such as code repositories, app stores, analytics tools and advertising accounts. You confirm that you have the right to grant us access to them.

   Coogie only acts within the permissions you grant. You can change the operating mode (Copilot or Autopilot), adjust limits, or revoke access at any time.

4. 4. Changes made by the Service

   In Copilot mode, changes and campaigns are proposed for your approval before they go live. In Autopilot mode, you authorize the Service to make and release changes and run campaigns on your behalf within the limits you set.

   You remain responsible for your app, its content and its compliance with applicable laws and platform rules. You should review the reports we provide and use the rollback controls if a change does not suit you.

5. 5. Marketing spend

   If you enable marketing, campaigns are paid through your own advertising accounts and within the budget cap you set. Advertising costs are charged by the advertising platform, not by us, and results are not guaranteed.

6. 6. Your content and data

   You keep all rights to your code, content and data. You grant us a limited licence to access and process them solely to provide and improve the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

   Code and content created by the Service for your app belongs to you once delivered.

7. 7. Acceptable use

   You agree not to use the Service to:

   • break the law or infringe anyone’s rights;
   • build, update or promote apps that are fraudulent, harmful or deceptive;
   • interfere with the security or operation of the Service;
   • reverse engineer the Service or access it in ways we have not authorized.

8. 8. Fees

   Some features may require payment. Any fees, billing terms and cancellation terms will be shown to you before you are charged.

9. 9. Termination

   You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. On termination, we will stop acting on your connected apps and you can request export or deletion of your data.

10. 10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

    The Service is provided “as is”. AI-generated analysis, code and campaigns may contain errors, and we do not guarantee specific business results such as growth in users or revenue.

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coogie is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

11. 11. Governing law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Seoul, unless mandatory law where you live provides otherwise.

12. 12. Changes to these Terms

    We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in the Service before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
